Shipping Policy

Qwater works with our resellers to offer both stock shipping and Drop-ship orders directly to the end-user. We have regular pickups for both UPS and FedEx. Most orders will ship out in 1-2 business days. Both Prepay-Add or 3rd-Party shipping accounts are welcome.

Any delays in shipping transit times are the responsibility of the selling party or the carrier they selected. Qwater does not offer any guarantee regarding the timeliness of the shipment.
